Isabelle is a 5 year old little girl who lost her mom in a car accident in late September. Michael was engaged to marry Isabelle's mom. Michael isn't Isabelle's biological father but took over the role of main parent for Isabelle without hesitation after this tragedy. Ashley, Isabelle's kindergarten teacher, nominated the family for this Christmas Wish.

Darren was a loving husband and father of 4 from Fergus Falls and a K9 officer. Darren was diagnosed with cancer last Christmas. After a year of battling this disease he passed away on Saturday, December 17th 2011.

Tami and Ben Albert are expecting their second baby in March and have learned that the baby will need an expensive operation to repair a cleft lip and palette.

Tera is a wife and mother of 3 little girls. She recently fell down the stairs at home and suffered a brain injury. She's currently hospitalized and in a medically induced coma until her brain swelling goes down. Justin and his brother Jason nominated Tera and her family for this Christmas Wish to help make their holiday a little brighter during this difficult time.

Lyndsey was in a car accident 5 years ago that's left her in a wheel chair. She's fought back from many injuries and now is active in many activities like working out, swimming and racing. Britt's Christmas Wish for Lyndsey was to get her a wheel chair she could use for racing.

Kristin is a 20-year-old who recently found out she had a cancerous lump in her throat. Because of it's location, doctors had to remove her voice box to make sure they removed all of the tumor. Kristin now communicates with family and friends by writing on a white board that she keeps with her. Kristin will eventually be fitted with a prosthetic voice box once she recovers from the initial surgery.

Wendy has been dealing with several medical issues over the past few years including diabetes, arthritis and ovarian cancer. Through all of it she has kept her spirit and continued to work hard as a secretary at MSUM. Because of frequent trips to hospitals and clinics over the past few years, Wendy has a mountain of medical bills and needs some help to catch up.

Chris is a sophomore at North High who has been battling Osteosarcoma for a couple of years. He beat it once but it has returned. Chris had to have his knee replaced and is now looking at 38 new chemotherapy treatments. He loves his car and is hoping to get a new stereo for Christmas.

Ginger has been a teacher in the Fargo School system for 41 years. Ginger recently lost her husband in a car accident. Her husband, Frank, was killed and Ginger was injured. Ginger and Frank have 6 kids and 11 grandchildren. Ginger will be out for a big portion of the school year due to her physical and emotional trauma.

Denise worked as a CNA for over 20 years but recently had to quit her job after injuring three vertebrae in her back. Denise has actually been told that she'll never be able to return to work due to the extent of her injuries. Denise has some new grandkids that she can't even hold because it could further damage her back. She really wants to by presents for her kids and grandkids this year, but can't afford it.

Levi and Christina Berger's daughter, Lana, was born at only 28 weeks. She only weighed 2lbs 7oz when born and has been in the hospital since September. The family is hoping that Lana will finally be able to come home before Christmas. Christina has been on medical leave this whole time and Levi has taken a lot of time off to be at the hospital. They're a young family and could use a little extra help right now.
